Payment has been confirmed but my data plan still doesn’t show up in my Ubigi account. What should I do?

When the payment of your purchase is validated, you automatically receive a confirmation email on the email address you used to create your Ubigi account.

In case your received that confirmation email (do not forget to also check your SPAM inbox), but the data plan you purchased still does not appear as active on your Ubigi account, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance and join the payment confirmation to your request.
